» Our History :

Nitin Corporation, a Partnership Firm was founded in the year 1963 by late Mr. Ramesh H Gandhi, who was a pioneer in the field of second hand Power Plant business. Initially the firm concentrated on buying second - hand Boilers and Diesel Power Houses.

Many large size diesel power houses were purchased from M/s. Amalgamated Electricity Co. Ltd since the Govt. of India decided to stop business of electricity generation and distribution in private sectors.

We purchased Diesel Power Houses installed at various places, such as Dhoraji, Bulsar, Surat, Amalner, Disa, Porbunder in Gujarat, Bhusawal, Nasik, Miraj, Manmad in Maharashtra. Diesel Generating sets were sold to many Industries from these Power Houses during that time.

In the ' 80s we started buying from Electricity Boards various Power Houses from Ratlam, Jhansi, Giridih, Katni. In ' 80s we also started buying second - hand Steam Turbo Generator sets along with Boilers and selling the same to small and big Industries in India.

In the ' 90s we purchased used Thermal Power Plants & sold the following large size Turbo Generator (TG) sets:

91 - 92:	1 x 5 MW SKODA
	1 x 5 MW STAL LAVAL fully condensing TG sets to M/s Century Rayon for M/s Manikgarh Cement unit.

94:	2 x 7 MW BTH make fully condensing STG sets were sold to M/s BILT for their paper units at Ballarpur & Jaypore.

2003:

1 x 10 MW HITACHI fully condensing TG set was sold to M/s Ispat Godawari

2004:

1 x 25 MW Siemens fully condensing TG set was sold to M/s Lloyds Steel.

2005:

1 x 12 MW Unused Alternator imported from abroad was sold to M/s India Glycols Ltd.

Today, we supply to our clients TG sets ranging from 500 KW to 50000 KW.
These TG sets are sourced from India and also from abroad. We have a team of Associates who undertake Revamping, Overhauling, and Refurbishing in second hand Power Plants and also installing the same at our clients sites.

4)	Used STG Sets/ Steam Turbines from abroad : Capacities ranging from 5 MW to 60 MW.
5)	Brand New STG Sets/ Steam Turbines from China : Capacities ranging from 5 MW to 50 MW.
6)	Brand New Alternators from Brazil & Europe : Capacities ranging from 10 MW to 50 MW.
7)	Sponge Iron Kiln/ Steel Mill Components from China : As per the client’s drawings.
8)	Brand New/ Used Steam Valves, as per the client’s requirements.
9)	Brand New Complete Sugar Mills/ Sugar Mill Equipment from China : Capacities ranging from 1000 TCD to 13000 TCD Crushing.
10)	All Auxiliaries & Accessories Pertaining to Power Plants/ Power Plant Equipments.
Apart from the above, we are the agents for M/s. ABC, Belgium for supply of Brand New HFO/ LDO fired DG Sets capacities ranging from 1 MW to 2.5 MW.
